New Diet


I started my dial-down-the-sugar diet on what? Monday? 


Down nine pounds as of this morning. Tons of fruit and popcorn ain't doin' it. Maybe the five-egg omelette for lunch and chicken and squash for dinner will hold the line ...

Uh...I am be totally off the mark here but...

My father has a serious diabetes issue. His life is lived around it. That means diet, exercise, sleep, tingling feet, etc.

I googled 'unintentional rapid weight loss'.

Actually, the problem, referenced in an earlier post, is that I stopped eating stuff full of sugar and haven't replaced it. Coupled with a weekly fast of about thirty-six hours. It's unintentional but not un-explained ...
